Life is a Gift
Life's a gift, some treat it as if it's a promise,
Living reckless with no remorse,
Of course,
when trouble nears,
fear sets,
Look up for a blessing,
He forgives all, but living selfish,
will only suffice but for so long.
Cherish the air you breathe,
Give thanks,
Value the earth you stand on,
Give thanks,
Embrace those who enter your life each day,
Give thanks,
Life's a gift, treat it as if there will be no tomorrow,
Realize that today is a blessing, and tomorrow is a wish,
Give thanks.
